Terms and Conditions
The order is confirmed upon payment of a non-refundable booking fee of 25% to Swingletree Vintage, the balance being payable 30 days prior to the event.
A refundable deposit of £100 is required to cover damage/breakage, this deposit will refunded unless damage or breakages occur.
Any broken (chipped/cracked), damaged or missing items are deducted from the deposit. This includes missing/damaged storage boxes and containers. Items damaged or missing will be charged at replacement cost. Please return any broken or damaged items.
Should the cost of damage or loss exceed the damage deposit, the hirer agrees to pay the balance.
Swingletree Vintage accept no responsibility for injury or damage caused by the hire items.
Whilst we always try and ensure we supply the items of your choice, we may in stome instances have to replace certain pieces with similar due to breakages.
Hire of the items does not include setting up, assembling of cake stands, laying of tables or repacking of the china, unless specified in the booking form.

Delivery and Collection
Our crockery can always be collected, if you would prefer us to deliver and collect from you please ask for a quote.
Upon collection or delivery you will need to sign a delivery form, please check all items on unpacking and let us know immediately if there is any damage. Signing this form the named hirer is accepting full responsibility for the care of these items until they are returned to Swingletree Vintage.
Care and returning the items.
The crockery is vintage and therefore delicate, after use please remove all food from the crockery and repack, do not use a dishwasher (we will do the washing up, we do not charge for this service).
All the items will be carefully packaged, they must be re- packed similarly ready for collection at the time agreed or a charge may be levied for any packing.
We recommend that you do not use the embroidered tablecloths where they may easily become stained.
Postponement or cancellation of Swingletree products or services.
Postponement of Swingletree Products or services must be notified as soon as reasonably possible. If your event cannot go ahead on the original booking date due to venue closure, severe restrictions or illness, then we will use all reasonable endeavours to accommodate your revised date, however we cannot guarantee this.
If we can accommodate your revised date then we will not charge any admin fees for moving your booking across and we will retain the existing booking fee.
If we are unable to accommodate your revised date then the deposit will be retained for work already completed, this also applies in the event of cancellation. Cancellations should always be confirmed by email using the booking form reference code to email@example.com
Any changed or revised dates may be subject to any price increase by Swingletree or other booked supplier services.
If either party is subject to an event of Force Majeure, that is circumstances outside reasonable control, including but not limited to war, fire, industrial disputes or civil commotion, it shall notify the other and the first party's obligations under these Terms shall be suspended until it notifies the other party of the end of such event of Force Majeure.
